Doing a Presentation
My own presentation will be based on the book I released earlier this year: Blogging with Joomla. The aim is to share some of the lessons learned from using Joomla for blogging since 2012. These insights can be used by anyone with a Joomla web site - not just by those who are blogging.
Historical city
Mérida is the capital of the autonomous community of Extremadura in western central Spain. It has a population of around 57 000. The Archaeological Ensemble of Mérida has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1993.
Mérida is a Roman city, founded in 25 BC and preserves more important ancient Roman monuments than any other city in Spain (including a triumphal arch of the age of Trajan). I'm really looking forward to seeing this interesting, historical town.
I will report back after the event with a report and probably some pictures, too.
