Native commenting system - when?
Has there been any word from the Joomla dev team about when a native commenting system will be included in Joomla? I haven't found anything written, and I thought a commenting system was one of the most desired additions to Joomla.

Hi, I don't know when or if there will be a native comments system in Joomla for some time. 2.5 doesn't seem to have it. Personally, I use Disqus, and find it to be a better solution than having a native Joomla extension.
BTW, take a look at the Joomla Idea Pool, to see what people want to see in future Joomla versions.
