First Peek at a New Business

Tonight at the Joomla User Group in Atlanta I'll be giving the first public peek inside our new business.  Details of how to attend are here: http://www.meetup.com/atlantajoomla/ 

I'm really excited about this project:

It involves a lot of great Joomla people that I've met over the years. Some of them I've been hoping to work with for a long time.

It scratches my own itch. OSTraining is my main business and that is designed to scratch other peoples itches. Even if this side-project completely flops commercially, I'll still use it myself.

Cory Webb Media has 3 sites on the J!OSCAR short list

The 2012 J and Beyond J!OSCAR short list was announced today, and we're happy to announce that we have 3 sites on the list! In the Non-Corporate Web Sites category, we built 2 of the 5 sites in the list, and our own website, CoryWebbMedia.com, is on the short list for mobile web sites.  The 2 non-corporate sites on the list that we built are RaphaHouse.org and SustainableEnergyForAll.org.  Rapha House is a non-profit organization aimed at ending child trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Lane and Lane partnered with us to build them a new web site with Joomla to help them in their efforts for raising funds and getting others involved in their cause.
